  • On August 1, 2006, COTA implemented a new "Will Call" paratransit pilot program that is designed to provide same day transportation services to eligible COTA paratransit customers. This program will operate from August 1, 2006 through July 31, 2007 and is available to eligible paratransit customers with specific medical conditions. COTA has selected Transportation Resources, a non-profit organization with approximately 30 years of experience providing transportation to customers with disabilities, to provide services for the pilot program.
