Primary Responsibilities
· Liaise with customers on day to day operations
· Contract maintenance
· Customer onboarding
· Project management
· Issue resolution
· Regulatory compliance management
Minimum Qualifications
· 3-5 years of account management or sales experience
· Willing to travel up to 15% of the time
· Strong excel, word, powerpoint skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Highly process driven and detail oriented
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Highly entrepreneurial
· Highly organized
· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
· Critical thinking and analysis
· Must be able to associate with the wine connoisseur
