VINGO, a growing fulfillment and logistics company located in American Canyon, CA, is seeking sharp, customer-service oriented, problem solving professional with experience in the Wine Industry and/or Logistics to join the Client Services team. The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and provide world class customer service.

About the position: We are looking to add team members that will provide world-class customer service, order management, project management, and maintain the overall relationship of the account.

Primary Responsibilities

• New client launch, training and implementation

• Ensure orders are processed timely and accurately

• Provide resolution to client inquiries

• Inventory management

• Coordinate projects with Operations Team

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the wine and/or logistics industries

• 2 years of experience in a high volume customer service environment

• High School Diploma or GED

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Proficient in MS Office Applications, Word, Excel, Power Point

• Familiar with WMS and ERP applications
