24 Seven Enterprises, a growing fulfillment and logistics company looking to expand.  We are seeking an organized, process-oriented, Warehouse Manager with experience in warehousing and/or Logistics to join the Operations Team.

About the position

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in Receiving, Inventory, Order Processing, Pick/Pack, and Shipping departments.  This Full Time Position will also be in charge of supervision of staff, management of vendors, and overall upkeep of warehouse facility. 

This position would require relocating stateside to our other locations after being acclimated in the New Windsor, NY location.

Primary Responsibilities

·         Coordinate with various departments to plan daily operations

·         Initiate and enforce standard operating procedures

·         Monitor productivity of each department

·         Maintain physical condition of warehouse

·         Promote safety practices in all aspects of the operation

·         Recruit, train, and coach staff

·         Manage and maintain vendor relationships

·         Ensure timeliness of orders

·         Able to relocate

Minimum Qualifications:

·         4 years or more of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

·         High School Diploma or GED

Desired Skills:

·         Attention to detail

·         Excellent verbal and written communication

·         Basic computer skills

·         Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)

·         Basic arithmetic

·         Familiar with inventory practices

·         Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively

·         Familiar with WMS applications

·         Forklift experience is a plus

·         Team player
