Diasater Restoration Technician

We are a Flood Restoration company that specializes in drying commercial buildings, hotels and construction projects after they suffer a water intrusion from sprinkler line discharge, pipe break or weather related incident. We have been serving our customers 24x7 in the Northern Virginia, DC and Maryland area since 1969 and average of 1,000 Commercial jobs a year

The position of Crew Chief will be responsible for emergency service calls from our clients. During conversation with the client you will need to gain enough information to be able to assess the size of response crews and equipment each job will need. You will interface directly with the client to attain a smooth project and work with that client on time frames for completion of the project. You will be responsible for the supervision of field technicians and inspect work being performed. Also will be responsible for completion of all paperwork regarding the job including: invoices, job hours and equipment.

Successful candidates must be responsible, independent and detailed oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and insurance adjusters.
