Senior Project Estimator - Construction
- $75,000 to $90,000 Yearly

We are a rapidly growing, fast paced commercial flooring contractor located in midtown NYC in search of a highly motivated Senior Project Estimator to become part of our Estimating Team.
Responsibilities include:
- Read, interpret and determine scope of work from architectural plans and site visits
- Accurately estimate quantities and project scope
- Obtain material pricing from vendors and estimate labor costs
- Prepare detailed calculations of project costs and maintain profit margins
- Create and input proposals and change orders
- Follow up and track submitted bids
Requirements include:
- Strong math skills a must
- Strong computer skills, digital estimating software experience a must, Measure software preferred
- Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, vendors and team members
- Follow up skills a must
- Strong organizational skills required
- Deadline oriented
- Must be self motivated and detail oriented
- 7-10 years construction background preferred, accounting experience a plus
