POSITION SUMMARY:
Workforce Go! is seeking a client-focused, highly energetic, and experienced individual to join our Client Experience team as Director of Product Management and Professional Services.  The highly visible individual will lead internal managers and their respective teams in the ongoing development, and the effective execution of the Workforce Go HCM standards of product communication, training as well as software and services deployment for new and existing clients.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and mentor a management team overseeing Professional Services deployment onboarding and Product Management to include Training and Product Experience divisions.
  • Oversee team responsible for the end-to-end deployment of Workforce Go HCM software solutions and services, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery to new clients according to expectations.
  • Oversee the training strategy development, curriculum development and delivery plan aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee team of Training Specialists responsible for delivery of both internal team training as well as external client training for Workforce Go HCM.
  • Oversee Product Experience team to ensure properly set expectations and delivery of all existing client deployment projects.
  • Oversee secondary support staff, as part of Product Management, who are more familiar with the product to efficiently assist and respond to client issues not able to be addressed by our front-line Client Account Specialist Representatives.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Client Success and Support Services and any relative project team managers to set and manage client expectations during product deployment.
  • Optimize existing processes within Workforce Go! and actively enhance all Client Experience initiatives.
  • Optimize resource utilization and allocation to meet project timelines and/or client expectations.
  • Collaborate with team managers, HR and recruitment teams to ensure all teams have the necessary talent to achieve their objectives.
  • Determine necessary goals and feedback of KPI measurements to executives to ascertain overall objective achievement for each team.

CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Human Capital Management and relative leadership position background
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, web technology, cloud applications and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
  • 5 – 10 years relative business experience preferred
  • Proven effectiveness with executives and stakeholders
  • Highly motivated and team oriented
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow through
  • Desire and ability to negotiate and communicate with clients
  • Ability to manage relationships with new clients as well as existing clients
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
