Job Description

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-COORDINATE EXPORT EXPORT SHIPMENTS WITH CUSTOMERS AND OVERSEAS AGENTS

-CREATE SHIPMENT QUOTATIONS

-ENSURE PAYABLES/RECEIVABLES ARE ACCURATE AND COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER

-ACCURATE SHIPMENT PROCESSING

-MAINTAIN AND PROMOTE A POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS.

-TIMELY AND PROACTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL TIMES

-MAINTAIN A STRONG POSITIVE RELATIONSHIP WITH VENDORS

-ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE WHILE PRIORITIZING TASKS AND MEETING DEADLINES.

QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM OF HIGH SCHOOL EDUCATION

-WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF AIR EXPORT REGULATIONS AND TSA REQUIREMENTS

-CURRENT STA

-WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF WORLD GEOGRAPHY AND AIRPORTS

-COMPUTER LITERATE-MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE

-EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL SKILLS

-WELL ORGANIZED AND DETAIL ORIENTED.

MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH AN INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDER.
