 MDS Coordinator

Fulltime, 1^st shift

This position is responsible for facilitating/coordinating the MDS Care Plan process, including assessing, implementing, evaluating and documenting resident care; works in a collaborative effort in advising and teaching other personnel involved in resident care. Must be currently licensed as a RN in NC.  Experience in a geriatric nursing environment preferred.  

Staff RNs/LPNs

Fulltime and Part time 2^nd and 3^rd Shifts

This position is responsible for assessing, implementing, evaluating, and documenting resident care.  Under supervision, is responsible for coordinating care on unit during assigned shift.  Experience in a geriatric nursing environment preferred.  Must be currently licensed in North Carolina. 

CNAs

Fulltime and Part time, all shifts

Experience in a geriatric nursing environment preferred.  Must be currently licensed in North Carolina.
