We are currently interviewing for a landscape maintenance account manager to join our team. Position includes salary, benefits, and the chance to work within a company with a great atmosphere.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Professionally represent Alpine Gardens in all work activities .

Establish customer relations as the primary customer contact for the maintenance division.

Enhancements and landscape maintenance sales to ensure that the department meets budget.

a. Renewing of current contracts and selling upgrades to these contracts as possible.

b. Pursue & qualify potential sales leads.

c. Ensure that we provide work that meets company standards and that our customer is satisfied.

d. Snow removal sales.

e. Invoicing and collection of payments for maintenance contracts & billings.

Assist in field work as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Extensive knowledge of lawn and landscape maintenance SAFETY practices and maintenance techniques.

Thorough knowledge of plant material and irrigation systems.

The ability to read and understand landscape and irrigation plans.

Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.

A valid Colorado Driver's License, with a record that is acceptable to the company's insurance company.

Invoice and collect all projects for which you are responsible.
