Superintendent Position Available!

American West Development is looking for an individual to join a great team with one of the country's most reputable homebuilders. Superintendent will oversee the daily construction activities at a work site. Responsible for the overall progress of the project as well as the scheduling of workers. Works with sub-contractors to complete projects within a time frame. Familiar with a variety of the field concepts, practices, and procedures. Hard working, success oriented.

Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in production / residential building. Excellent organizational / computer skills a plus. Excellent compensation package.
