AngelList's mission is to help startups change the world. We want to make hiring the best engineers as easy as pushing a button. This is a chance to join a startup within a startup at a serious inflection point in our growth.

We're looking for a (local or remote) resourceful and detail-oriented self-starter to join our AngelList Talent team starting in August. You will work to help candidates on A-List, one of Talent's core products. You can initially expect to:

• Create and maintain candidate profiles on A-List, highlighting candidate strengths and skillsets.
• Identify and evaluate the best engineering and design talent on AngelList.

The ideal candidate is:

• Interested in startups, recruiting, and the technical talent landscape.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage + process large amounts of information.
• Eager to support and develop rapport with candidates on the platform.
• Willing to work at least 10-12 hours a week, particularly on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
