What you'll be doing:

• Assists Content Director with writing editorial regarding FinTech developments, the art market, etc.
• Creates and edits fund marketing materials, graphs, and illustrations
• Works to smooth out sales pipeline
• Implements investor questionnaires
• Regular research for upcoming auctions and past auction results
• Support CEO and Head of Operations with other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

• Currently majoring in Art History is a plus
• Strong background in Art History and the art market
• Microsoft Office/GoogleDrive
• Keynote skills
• Must be very organized, detail-oriented and be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while working under pressure.
• Impeccable client service skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion with top-tier clients.
• Be reliable, conscientious and capable of working well as part of a busy team working to deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with both internal and external clients.
• Enthusiastic and a strong team player.
• Adobe Suite including; Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus
