My client is looking for a Senior Insight Manager to lead/develop a team of Analysts and deliver various projects and initiatives within a timely manner. Main duties of the role are to include:
* Working with various areas of the business to identify opportunities for increasing value through the application of analytical techniques
* Managing a team of analysts - developing staff and ensuring the smooth running of the department, ensuring the delivery of their work within business deadlines
* Deliver own analysis and modelling projects to deliver larger projects, as and when required
* Working with senior management, undertaking SWOT analysis and advising on immediate action points
* Working with managers to test the effectiveness of existing and new strategies and plans
* Expand the company's use of data with the design and implementation of initiatives using data sources
* Ensure all data is manged securely, and in line with Data Protection legislation
* Various ad - hoc duties
