PHYSICIAN – Employed practice opportunity. Will provide clinical occupational health services, demonstrating competence in the evaluation and treatment of occupational injuries and illnesses, and the performance of specialty examinations provided to patients, employers, and payors associated with Banner Occupational Health Services.

• BE/BC in either Occupational Medicine, IM, FM, Emergency Medicine, Preventative Medicine or Public Health

• DOT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

• Level II certification preferred

• Four 10 hour shifts, M-F, No Call, No Nights, No Weekends

• Open to experienced physicians and graduating Occupational Medicine Residents

PHYSICIAN ASSISTANTS and NURSE PRACTITIONERS will be working independently providing injury care to the industrial sector of the community as well as the Banner North Colorado Medical Center population in regard to work related injury care.

• DEA with prescriptive authority required

• DOT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

• 1-2 years’ experience preferred

• Experience in occupational health, emergency medicine, urgent care, orthopedics, or PMR preferred
