Clinical Service Coordinator-The Continuum

The Continuum is an innovative alternative to residential placements. Working with smaller caseloads, The Clinical Service Coordinator will provide intensive treatment as part of a team, while organizing and developing treatment plans as well as providing direct service to families. Social Workers and Mental Health Counselors-Outpatient and In-Home Therapy Join our highly skilled and dedicated team in our Outpatient and In-Home Therapy Programs.

These clinicians will provide services including individual, family, and group psychotherapy; In-Home Therapy; Outreach; Case management and treatment planning. Program Supervisor This experienced clinician will supervise all services and staff within the Therapeutic Day Program. The Program Supervisor will develop and implement programs and services while providing clinical and administrative supervision to Direct Care Staff. The Program Supervisor will adhere to all Department of Mental Health and Children and Families policies and goals.

Requirements:

• MSW or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing or PHD or other equivalent graduate clinical degree
• LCSW, LICSW, LMHC required within 6 months of eligibility date
• Program Supervisor requires experience in providing clinical and administrative supervision
• Valid Driver's License with use of a reliable, properly insured vehicle
• A pre-employment CORI and RMV background check is required
