Project Manager / Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Estimator / Project Manager with moderate to significant experience managing a project from the pre-bid estimation process through project close out. You will primarily work from the office and be expected to site survey when required. Project locations vary through the tristate area. Once a week you will be expected to meet with management to provide project updates.
As an Estimator/ Project Manager, you will be quoting various materials for potential projects as well as overall customer communications from contract award through close out, coordination of submittals and aluminum stock length optimization. You will be responsible for ensuring the scope of the project is being followed, and projects are completed on time and within the budget.
