IT QA Engineers ( 2 )

The QA Engineers are responsible for designing and implementing tests for our Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty Software suites. One individual would test the HealthWyse Mobile Product.  One individual would test the BackOffice product Suite.

Main Duties and Tasks:

• Reviews requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Estimates, prioritizes, plans and coordinates testing activities
• Works directly with the engineering team to resolve issues and to advance quality processes.
• Develops test cases, performs initial testing, supports end-user testing, document findings, and makes recommendations/prepare business requirements accordingly.
• Documents defects on a defect tracking system and communicates issues to the project team.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams to thoroughly test requirements and functionality.
