Position Description

The BPM Architect is responsible for overseeing the design, architecture, and development of the business process management (BPM) processes in support of customer defined workflow and business process requirements. The successful candidate will be a member of a high-performing, team and must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time-management, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must have demonstrated effective communication skills as they will be working closely with the business representatives and the technical implementation team. The BPM Architect will also oversee all BPM development tasks.



Your future duties and responsibilities
Support BPM design, development, and testing processes. Provide recommendations for the optimal solution that best utilizes the BPM platform, and overseeing all BPM related development activities to include solution development, capability configurations, and solution delivery.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Minimum 3 years of experience with BPM and low code development platforms
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing developers.
• Experience with Pegasystems Pega BPM Platform
• US Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET security clearance

Optional qualifications:
• GIT source control
• JIRA experience
• Momentum ERP experience
• DoD Acquisition and Financial knowledge



Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Academic background in computer science, computer engineering or a similar major with extensive computer-based or technical content
• Experience with BPM software and tools.
• Experience with Oracle database and strong SQL skills
• Ability to bring projects to completion in a timely manner
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn and understand the nature of business
• Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
