Job Description Business Systems Analyst - ERP Tier II

Position Description
CGI Federal is searching for a Business Systems Analyst for our highly collaborative service desk team supporting a variety of Momentum Financials related initiatives for our client. Our new member will interact directly with our clients, collaborate with our implementation and operations and maintenance teams to analyze and quickly resolve issues, and participate in frequent professional development and team building.

This position will be located in Fairfax, VA with occasional work at the client location in Washington, DC.



Your future duties and responsibilities
- Provide phone, email, web, and in-person support to resolve customers’ identified issues, and support end users with Momentum functionality, both in CGI offices, and on client site.
- Conduct analysis on problems independently, including analyzing, researching, and testing resolutions for client issues, recommending solutions, and execution of resolution steps to address client issues.
- Collaborate with other team members, implementation, and operations and maintenance teams to identify and correct client problems.
- Provide support for other federal government mandated initiatives implemented by the client



Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Minimum of 2 years of ERP Financial Software (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Momentum) experience
- Members without specific Momentum experience will be provided ‘Fast Track’ training prior to joining the team.
- Accounting and/or Federal Accounting experience
- Must be organized and able to lead initiatives
- Independent, quick learner, and team player
- Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required
- Must be able to pass a CGI background check to start employment
- Must be able to obtain a government security clearance to start employment

Desired Skills
- Service desk or customer help desk experience a plus
