Your future duties and responsibilities
Accountable for the analysis, design, and development of solutions delivered into the client’s environments. This includes researching, designing, writing documentation, coding, debugging, and conducting code reviews in response to maintenance and enhancement requests. This includes translation of requirements into design artifacts, writing and unit testing software, and providing support during the project for software developed.


Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Must Have Technical Skills
•Functional design
•Systems Analysis
•Experience in practical hands-on Cognos BI implementation
•Experience with database management tools such as Microsoft SQL Server
•Experience capturing and analyzing requirements from business users
•Working knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, computer hardware
•Knowledge of Quality Assurance principles
•System Integration experience
•Minimum 2-year post-secondary education in IT or related disciple.
•Attention to detail
•Excellent technical documentation skills
•Strong analytical skills; ability to root cause data issues
•Strong communication skills
5 years experience in IT

Nice to have Skills
•Experience with Tibco Spotfire

Soft Skills
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Strong written and oral and comprehension communication skills
•Positive attitude
•Flexibility, self-motivated, and has the ability to give and receive feedback
•Ability to working effectively and collaboratively with others to achieve common goals
