Position Description
We are looking for Data Management Lead to work at strategy level with one of the top 5 banks to set up data masking/obfuscation Center of Excellence for the enterprise. The right candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong knowledge of Data Management and different aspects of data in enterprise. The candidate has strong knowledge of Data Life Cycle and use of data in SDLC.


Your future duties and responsibilities
• Be strategic contributor to enterprise Data Masking CoE that works with cross functional teams to build and maintain data for test and development environment.
• Develop data masking policies and procedures, based on enterprise info security policy
• Provide inputs to create scalable foundation for data masking group that function at an enterprise level.
• Work with business data team specialists to correlate business requirements to domain entities and data elements.
• Work with Database Administrators (DBAs) to implement data masking strategies
• Monitor industry trends and directions to apply to current and future initiatives.
• Provide technical and strategic guidance to the client’s executive team on the creation and implementation of new standards.



Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 10+ years of overall data management experience in various roles with solid understanding of Data usage in various stages of SDLC.
• Experience to Data masking/ Data obfuscation experience for large enterprises
• Experience in creating strategies of test data management and managing data with sensitive information
• Experience in working with centralized data management teams to manage data function at enterprise level
• Experience with data pipeline management, ETL/ELT and data/system architecture
• Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources
• Knowledge of IBM optim a must
