Position Description
CGI Federal ERP group is actively recruiting a Financial Analyst / Business Analyst to join our growing ERP practice. Financial Analyst/Business Analyst for project team supporting Momentum Financials implementations. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, posting model development/review, systems configuration, systems testing, financial statements development, reconciliation work, audit support, and end-user support.


Your future duties and responsibilities
Financial Analyst/Business Analyst for project team supporting Momentum Financials implementations. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, posting model development/review, systems configuration, systems testing, financial statements development, reconciliation work, audit support, and end-user support. Develop and maintain working knowledge of Momentum systems functionality (specifically General Ledger, External Reports, and Cost Allocation and General Systems modules) and client’s business process in order to address business user inquiries and assist in development, design, and analysis activities. Ideally the candidate will have strong analytical and problem solving skills and some technical skills (ability to read large input files, execute batch jobs, develop SQL scripts to run queries, etc). Knowledge of USSGL and Federal Accounting is required. The ability to have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, is an absolute. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to take on and manage a variety of tasks at any give time. Momentum 7.0 experience is plus.


Required qualifications to be successful in this role
**Active Secret Clearance**
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of Federal Financials experience.
Strong functional, analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
