The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our clients in understanding their requirements, designing solutions, configuring HRM solutions and completing the full software lifecycle. Primary focus is on design, configuration and testing but experience and/or desire to grow and to mentor a team is also desirable. Your future duties and responsibilities The primary functions and skills of this role consist of: • Ability to analyze SAP HR/HCM business requirements, • Propose innovative and integrated solutions • Apply configurations to the SAP HR/HCM module • Responsible to interface with client and a team of functional and technical resources to ensure integrated solutions are properly designed and implemented. • Coaching other team members • Participate and support business development activities (RFPs, demos, etc.) • Advanced knowledge in SAP Payroll, Time Management, PA, PD, OM, Benefits, ESS/MSS Required qualifications to be successful in this role 1) The HRM Functional consultant (Full time) must be/have: • Expert knowledge in HRM Domain / Government HRM laws and payroll processes for US and Canadian markets • Knowledge/understanding of the Domain – HRM and Payroll. 2) The resource would be required to work with Advantage SMEs to build the business requirements for GoA. 3) The resource will be putting up research from Canada side and will help perform the gap analysis. 4) The resource will also be involved in functional Design reviews to ensure the requirements are precisely understood and documented. 5) The resource can work from any CGI office during the product development phase.
