IBM BPM Designer/Developer
Position Description CGI is looking for a IBM BPM Designer/Developer to join our Onshore Delivery team in Windsor, CT for a Healthcare Client of ours.
Should have prior experience with headless BPM implementations and Node JS.
• Working with SME’s/SAs on Business requirements
• Preparing High Level and Low level design document
• Solid in technology. Will play a lead designer role in the team.
• Design, develop, and test complex integration solution based on IBM Integration Designer version 8.5 and Angular JS
• Deep understanding of work flow and business impact
• Assess feasibility and ramifications of new business requirements; design appropriate solutions and recommend alternative approaches when necessary.
• Coordinating with onshore, offshore and responsible for status updates.
• Support various other testing phases.
• Experience in Implementation activities.
• Good communication skills. Team Oriented and can work independently.
• Good written and oral communication skills. Documenting the design specs, unit test results etc.
Your future duties and responsibilities • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Agile and SDLC experience – at least 2+ years
• Forward thinking, independent, creative, self-sufficient and go-getter; who can work with less documentation, has exposure testing complex multi-tiered integrated applications.
Overall 7 + years IT experience with minimum of 3+ years into design and lead developer/tech lead role.
IBM BPM 8.5 both Process Designer and Integration designer, Angular JS, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Oracle, Java Script, SQL
Required qualifications to be successful in this role Excellent Communication Skills
