Job Description IBM BPM Designer/Developer

Position Description
CGI is looking for a IBM BPM Designer/Developer to join our Onshore Delivery team in Windsor, CT for a Healthcare Client of ours.

Should have prior experience with headless BPM implementations and Node JS.


• Working with SME’s/SAs on Business requirements

• Preparing High Level and Low level design document

• Solid in technology. Will play a lead designer role in the team.

• Design, develop, and test complex integration solution based on IBM Integration Designer version 8.5 and Angular JS

• Deep understanding of work flow and business impact

• Assess feasibility and ramifications of new business requirements; design appropriate solutions and recommend alternative approaches when necessary.

• Coordinating with onshore, offshore and responsible for status updates.

• Support various other testing phases.

• Experience in Implementation activities.

• Good communication skills. Team Oriented and can work independently.

• Good written and oral communication skills. Documenting the design specs, unit test results etc.



Your future duties and responsibilities
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• Agile and SDLC experience – at least 2+ years

• Forward thinking, independent, creative, self-sufficient and go-getter; who can work with less documentation, has exposure testing complex multi-tiered integrated applications.

Overall 7 + years IT experience with minimum of 3+ years into design and lead developer/tech lead role.

IBM BPM 8.5 both Process Designer and Integration designer, Angular JS, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Oracle, Java Script, SQL
