Position Description
The Interface Systems Analyst role will support the technical interface and integration tasks for a large scale financial systems modernization program. The position includes reviewing and defining the As-Is technical state, participating in the business model definition tasks to gather technical interface requirements, and developing the interface mappings and business rules between the interfacing source and target system(s).strategy.. We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills and desire to advance their skills in a challenging environment.


Your future duties and responsibilities
-Identify and analyze As-Is technical state including existing interfaces with legacy systems.
issues, make recommendations, and help develop standards.
-Develop, document and implement strategies, tools, and techniques to define To-Be integration architecture.
-Develop technical process flows and prepare documentation.
-Define source-target data mappings and define business rules for interfacing system(s).
-Research, track, and resolve technical integration issues.
-Define and elaborate technical interface requirements
-Disseminate information across the team, and keep up to date with functional improvements of solution.
-Review, analyze, and develop solutions to support business models.



Required qualifications to be successful in this role
-Bachelor's Degree.
-Must be able to travel 25% or less.
-At least 5+ years’ experience of full lifecycle development and at least 7 years' in application design and systems analysis
-Three (3) or more years' experience in Momentum
-Knowledge of the ESB technology platform including JEE containers, Linux, and Java EE development.
-Demonstrated experience leading and facilitating requirements sessions with customers
-Demonstrated experience leading teams to deliver desired outcomes.
-Strong background in functional analysis and requirements gathering, and solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
-Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently and within a team
-Strong communication (written and verbal) skills are required and must be able to interface well with the end-users and client
-Must be able to work full-time at client site located in Washington DC
