Experience with the client's systems is not required; however, this opportunity will be of particular interest to those who really enjoy solving problems and quickly learning new technologies. Your future duties and responsibilities Accountable for the analysis, design, and development of complex solutions delivered into the client’s environments. This includes researching, designing, writing documentation, coding, debugging, and conducting code reviews throughout the solution’s lifecycle. This includes translation of requirements into design artifacts, writing and unit testing software for complex software components, leading developer teams to product high quality software, and providing support during the project for software developed. Required qualifications to be successful in this role •Solution Analysis •Experience doing front end screen development in Java •Knowledge of Java (4-6 years) •Source Code Control systems (GIT or Bitbucket) •Knowledge of SQL •Minimum 2-year post-secondary education in IT or related disciple. •Ability to learn and use new software applications quickly and easily •Attention to detail •Excellent technical documentation skills •Strong analytical skills; ability to root cause data issues •Knowledge of Software Development principles Soft Skills •Strong interpersonal skills •Strong written and oral and comprehension communication skills •Positive attitude •Flexibility, self-motivated, and has the ability to give and receive feedback •Ability to working effectively and collaboratively with others to achieve common goals •Able to multitask effectively •Have excellent time management, task planning and prioritization skills •Able to adapt quickly to changing client requirements •Able to work effectively with minimal supervision •Enjoy working in a self-teaching, learning organization • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team member Build your career with us.
