Jr. Momentum Analyst
Position Description
CGI Federal has an immediate opening for a Jr. Momentum Analyst. The Jr. Momentum Analyst will support the use of Momentum Federal Financial system. The individual will analyze requests and determine the best course of action by following developed processes and researching the available resources. The individual will need to determine if a new issue is a defect, an enhancement, or working as designed. He or she should also be able to work independently and diligently.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Providing quality client support by answering client questions, researching possible solutions to problems, and fostering open communication between the Momentum Support team and the CGI project team.
Researching answers to difficult questions related to Momentum
Organizing information sharing sessions to acquire information related to Momentum
Sharing information learned in variety of formats (brown bags, documentation, meetings)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
1 year of experience in a functional Momentum role.
Experience in a consulting environment
Computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry applications
Ability to efficiently search web sites for relevant information necessary for data entry
Self-directed processing of tasks against deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Due to the nature of the government contracts we support, Green Card or US Citizenship is required.
