Job Description MDM/PIM Informatica Architect

Position Description
CGI is seeking an experienced MDM/PIM Informatica Architect. Your future duties and responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and assess Data Model and Data Quality for an MDM Implementation. This implementation includes MDM (Master Data Management) Informatica/PowerCenter with PIM (Product Information Management) The ideal candidate will have experience leading Data Governance initiatives.

Responsibilities include upgrading MDM 10.0 to version 10.2, incorporating complex algorithms for new subject areas/data, adding new downstream system interactions, and building data marts (4-5 tables).



Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 7-10+ years of experience
• Data Quality/Data Profiling expertise
• Experience with leading Data Governance initiatives
• Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
• Knowledge on PIM, preferably for Food Services/Retail Industry highly desired
• Hands-on experience in creating data model and Match-n-Merge rules for MDM
• Hands-on experience in working with IDD and IDC components
• Hands-on experience in integrating Informatica PowerCenter with MDM.
• Strong personal interaction, confidence, and verbal communication skills
• Strong written communication skills

Desired Skills
• Familiarity with Food Services/Retail industry.
• Design and Development knowledge on Informatica MDM platform
• Experience with Address Doctor

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
