Oracle Fusion HCM Engineer
Position Description
CGI is hiring an Oracle Fusion HCM Engineer to customize our instance of Oracle HCM Cloud, for a large modernization effort. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join our team in Herndon, VA, and grow your career with the 5th largest IT services provider in the world. Your future duties and responsibilities
In this role, you will utilize your expertise to assist in the upgrade from HCM R11 to R12. Understanding of the Fusion technology stack is beneficial, though we are using Saas.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 8yrs+ IT Industry experience
- Understanding of the Oracle Fusion technology stack is useful but not a "must have"
- Experience with HCM Cloud fast formula and HCM extract, along with HDL files, is important
- Experience with Web Services and REST API's
- Ability to develop and maintain HCM Extract interfaces
- Experience developing BI reports/interfaces
- Knowledge of HCM applications including Global Human Resources, Benefits
- Understanding of HCM Workforce Lifecycle Management, Compensation Management, Talent Review
- Knowledge of HCM Performance & Goal Management, Global Payroll, Network@Work
- Fluent with Java/J2EE
Education:
BS in Information Technology
MS degree preferred
