Position Details Job order - J0617-0176 - Permanent Full Time Title PSMAG - Hosting Architect/Engineer Program Manager (REMOTE) Category Architecture City Dallas, Texas, United States Job Description PSMAG - Hosting Architect/Engineer Program Manager (REMOTE) Position Description Candidate will be the strategic program manager for the Managed Advantage Architecture and Engineering hosting delivery organization supporting its clients who have contracted for CGI’s ERP suite housed either in CGI’s or the client’s data center. The candidate will lead a team of approximately 20 people responsible for architecture design, future technology solutioning, and operational process engineering in support of a hosting services organization for upwards of 25 clients. Candidate will oversee mid-senior technical resources, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, scheduled and accomplished including building and maintaining resource/task planning tools. Daily interaction with senior-level stakeholders fostering positive relationships and addressing escalations as needed. Managed Advantage is a 24/7 SLA-bound, frequently audited delivery model and candidate is expected to perform at “meets” or “exceeds” levels within that context for all delivery. Candidate must operate under the CGI corporate standard frameworks for client, member, and stakeholder satisfaction. Candidate will also be responsible for all aspects of CGI’s member management, such as performance reviews, coaching and training, or performance improvement actions as required, to ensure that corporate policies are followed. Candidate would report to the Program Director of Managed Advantage delivery. Skills Required: • Technical architectural and engineering management including scope and expectation setting as well as clear communication to stakeholders. • Rapport-building across all parties, negotiation, consensus-building. • Ability to ensure key senior technical resources are clearly tasked based on identified priorities balanced between new client design and steady state production support issues. • Financial impact awareness around different delivery models (reducing costs, improving margin, increasing value to clients, creating re-usable models, staffing forecasting). • Experience managing senior technical resources. • CGI Advantage Suite and/or Managed Advantage experience a strong plus. • Must be able to effectively manage multiple, often competing, priorities and clients within SLA contractual obligations. • Excellent communication skills, high degree of responsiveness and ability to work collaboratively with other team members in supporting multiple clients. • Process definition, implementation, management and improvement capabilities including the documentation thereof. • Team-oriented focus, knowledge sharing with a particular focus on growing junior members into more senior resources, professional in all situations (including high stress). • Ability to work in non-conventional environment with virtual team spanning time zones across the country and in India. • Ideal candidate will be independent and self-motivated with the desire and work ethic to thrive and excel in this non-traditional work environment.
