We are currently searching for an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant in our Regina CoE! This role will work with a team of Functional & Technical Consultants and ensure integrated solutions are properly assessed, designed and implemented. This role is a combination of providing functional and operation support to tickets. Interfacing with our off-shore team and also with service / change implementation, requirements gathering, documentation, testing and support to specific implementations.

Responsibilities
Analyst Payroll business requirements
Propose innovative and integrated solutions
Apply configurations to the SAP Payroll module
Interface with client and internal teams to ensure solutions are properly designed and implemented
Configure, present and discuss SAP HR best practices and functionality

Qualifications
5-10 years of progressive SAP design / development / implementation / support / integration / consulting experience
5+ years of Functional and/or Configuration experience in all areas of SAP Payroll
Experience in full lifecycle SAP HR implementations including project preparation, requirements gathering & analysis, business blueprint, configuration, post-production support and end-user documentation & training
Experience with Schema and Payroll rules
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
