Position Description
SAP FUNCTIONAL ANALYST


TASKS
The required services may include, but are not limited to, the following:
a. Develop and document SAP functional, business and/or system requirements specifications;
b. Develop and document screen, report and interface requirements in SAP;
c. Develop functional, business and/or system interface or interaction capability as per specifications/requirements;
d. Gather and analyze information to establish the functional and technical needs of a system or project;
e. Design methods and procedures for SAP modules that are integrated within an SAP solution;
f. Develop, test, document and implement changes to SAP modules that are integrated within an SAP solution;
g. Document forms, manuals, programs, interfaces, release notes, data files work instructions and procedures;
h. Assist Business Analyst in the conduct of business and system requirements workshops;
i. Provide knowledge transfer to departmental personnel on an on-going basis;
j. Provide expert consultative services on the configuration, development, implementation and use of the system and information they generate, and recommend best options on how to meet these requirements for the MM & PM modules and their integration with the other SAP modules;
k. Provide ongoing maintenance, support and operation of the Solution including the identification, introduction and implementation of required enhancements for the MM & PM modules and their integration with the other; and
l. Configure, document and test MM & PM .



Your future duties and responsibilities



Required qualifications to be successful in this role
M1
The proposed resource(s) must have the following minimum demonstrated experience:
(i) 120 months of experience in completing the following mandatory tasks:
• Develop and document SAP functional, business and/or system requirements specifications;
• Develop, test, document and implement changes to SAP modules that are integrated within an SAP solution;
• Document forms, manuals, programs, interfaces, release notes, data files work instructions and procedures.
(ii) The above demonstrated experience must be related to a combination of SAP MM and PM modules.

M2. As required, the proposed resource(s) must hold the SAP certification identified on the draft TA.

Asset Qualifications

(i) Experience in MM-PM with the Government of Canada
(ii) SAP Certification ERP 6 EHP5
