Position Description
CGI is adding a Senior Business Analyst to our team in Charlotte, NC for new Salesforce Community Cloud implementation. As the Senior BA for a global Salesforce team, you will conduct requirements and solution concept workshops with business stakeholders to understand business needs. You will guide best practices and collaborate with other team members on a fast-paced agile scrum team to design and deliver an enterprise Salesforce Community Cloud solution. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class IT company, for a permanent position in the Charlotte metro area providing high-end IT services to local enterprise clients.


Your future duties and responsibilities
• Engage with business stakeholders to facilitate business process analysis, gather requirements and map them to solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality
• Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities to solve business problems by implementing Proof of Value pilots and producing the supporting documentation
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and with external vendors to achieve project goals
• Guide best practices and author detailed design solution and configuration specification using diagramming tools to represent business and technical processes
• Stay current with the periodic Salesforce releases and leverage the updates applicable to the organization
• Be part of a fast-paced agile scrum team and participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects



Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Certification through Salesforce Community Cloud Consultant program is preferred
• At least three years’ of experience in a business analyst role and six years of Salesforce experience
• Experience with various Salesforce modules including Community Cloud, Agile Accelerator, and/or Lightning; Salesforce adoption experience preferred
• Proven track record in leading initiatives, conducting stakeholder workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, and managing small projects
• Scrum or Agile methodology experience is a must with Scrum Master experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter expects (SME)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related discipline is required
