Position Description
Help CGI develop the next generation of mission-enabling applications for one of our federal clients. We are seeking Sr. Data Analysts to support our Federal Regulatory Business Unit in the DC metro area. Our team is focused on delivering results. Be a part of our industry leading team, delivering measurable business value to our client through technology solutions focused on their business needs. We are looking for people with deep financial industry expertise, analytical capabilities and an innovative mindset to solve problems.


Your future duties and responsibilities
• Connect the data to the business processes
•,Data mapping, data ingestion and ETL process development
• Collect and validate the existing data architecture; validate the new data architecture.
• Evaluate data quality
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work
• Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
• Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports



Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance or other technical disciplines
• 7+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Proficient working with Oracle database, Relational Database, Unstructured Data
• Dimensional DB's, data warehousing, data lakes, datamarts
• Experience working w/migrations
• Data Management Plans and Migration Plans
• Strong PL/SQL and DB2 SQL skills
• Metadata collection and documentation
• Data Analysis
• ER Studio
• Functional Requirements to design

Desired Qualifications:
- Master Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science
- Experience in Trust Accounting or Wealth Management Data
- Experience working in the commercial banking space
