Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking a senior level Project Specialist Seeking an End User Support - Site Lead to support an upcoming federal project. The federal project will provide End User Support and strategic Division Level Support for the Technical Support Division for Federal agencies. These efforts will aid in providing overall project management support, coordination, and outreach/communication between the Technical Support Division (TSD) Division level management and TSD employees as well as other Client Technology Services (CTS) Divisions and Customers. The staff will effectively administer, manage, and perform duties and responsibilities as required by the Government. The staff will be performing work as required to accomplish IT End User Services and Support. The staff is responsible for all applicable directives, orders, regulations, and specifications provided by the Government. The work will be principally performed in Fort Collins, CO.


Your future duties and responsibilities
• Provides project management support and guidance to TSD management team (leadership), and enterprise level project and operations management expertise
• Serves as the RAM Module Data Steward, providing overall guidance and ensuring the overall integrity of data
• Integrates overall TSD schedule and milestones utilizing multiple project management tools (i.e., MS Project, Milestones Professional, Deployment Plan template, and other tools as required)
• Identifies and tracks key milestones and critical issues that impact success and action items associated with TSD issues and activities which ultimately impact service delivery
• Provides daily support and coordination of TSD projects with other CTS Divisions, SCA offices, and TSD IT personnel
• Performs daily support and coordination of the TSD SharePoint web site
• Prepares regular plans, documents, and reports related to the status of TSD activities
• Generates reports and performs data analysis from RAM Inventory data
• Tracks and verifies the receipt of large-volume equipment procurements
• Provides guidance to other team members as required
• Provide training to TSD staff on RAM Module inventory application and TSD inventory processes.
• Manages the Remedy work order queue for TSD-Internal and TSD-ADM
• Take ownership of escalated problems to full resolution
• Review and utilize CTS documentation in the form of Newsflashes, Standard Operating Procedures, Knowledge Management Articles and manuals, gathers statistical information on customer problems and solutions
• Interface with other levels of support, such as network administrators and other information technology specialists and act as Owner of issue whom works between and with Tier-2 or Tier-3 and on behalf of the Customer



Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field
• Experience with Windows client operating systems
• Experience in managing and performing support of end user hardware, software and technologies
• Experience with direct end user customer service and interaction
• Experience reviewing ticket data and identifying trends for corrective action
• Experience working with enterprise IT ticketing tool, preferably with Remedy
• Experience working in IT support federal contracting environment
• Experience supervising professionals who are located remotely across the country
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Candidate must be a US citizen and have an Active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one

TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Knowledge and proficiency in overall asset management for a Large Organization including serving as Data Steward for Remedy Asset Management
• Remedy Change Request Queue Management
• Microsoft SharePoint/Microsoft SharePoint Applications
• Remedy Asset and Change Management Consoles
• Deployment Management and Tracking for international hardware and software deployments
• Providing Asset Management Training to TSD Staff nationwide
• Facilitates and Manages Large/Bulk TSD Procurements through the Remedy System
• Technical writing and publishing services for CTS managed documentation
• Change Manager services and documentation control for all CTS documentation and SOP`s
• Asset management system administration
