Due to major growth through several of our large clients in Edmonton our Project based Applications Development services team is seeking an experienced Application Architect. This is a senior level role accountable for providing innovative solutions and consultative services to a large Government client in Edmonton.



Your future duties and responsibilities
In the role of Architect you will work alongside a highly skilled and senior level team on multiple new development projects; you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, teams and businesses during your career with CGI. This is your opportunity to leverage your expertise and become a key contributor to high-profile client engagements with CGI!


Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• 10+ years’ of progressive experience in the Enterprise IT domain focused on Applications Development, Design and Architecture
• 5+ years’ of experience working as an Applications Architect and Microsoft .NET technologies
• Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise and solution architecture concepts, values, methodologies, and differentiators
• Successfully demonstrated experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders / clients / domain experts
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Post-secondary education in related discipline or equivalent work experience
