Your future duties and responsibilities • Install and configure TIBCO products based on architectural design • Monitor and support TIBCO environments • Tuning of TIBCO applications • Deploy objects and services on behalf of projects • Provide environment guidance to development staff • Functional specification documentation • Technical specification documentation • Coding, integration and test cases documentation • Test approach by phase and result documentation • Deployment plan documentation Required qualifications to be successful in this role • Minimum 6+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering secure, robust and scalable application integration solutions using TIBCO ESB • Experience in delivering successful SOA/TIBCO integration projects using TIBCO suite of products including: o TIBCO Enterprise Message Server o TIBCO Business Works o TIBCO Designer o TIBCO Administrator o TIBCO Policy Director o TIBCO Hawk o TIBCO Adapters (SAP, SharePoint, File etc.) • Experience in SOAP, WSDL, WS-Security, JAVA, JMS, XML, XSD, and XSLT • Expertise in designing SOA based services on TIBCO ESB platforms (such as event/error handling services, logging services, security services, transaction management services, and archiving services) with consideration of future capabilities • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and guiding technical resources • Significant analytical experience with a proven track record of complex problem solving abilities • Knowledge and understanding of the latest trends and best practices in TIBCO technologies • Proven ability to maintain effective work relationships with co-workers and staff in other departments and Business Units • Proven ability to function within a high level of activity (working with deadlines on several concurrent initiatives) • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Proven documentation skills and an aptitude for accuracy and detail • Proven time management skills.
