As a technical Business Analyst for a global Salesforce team, you will collaborate to design and develop customer applications within Salesforce.com by bringing Service Cloud expertise to the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class IT company, for a permanent position in the Charlotte metro area providing leading IT services to local enterprise clients. Your future duties and responsibilities • Engage with business stakeholders to facilitate business process analysis, gather requirements and map them to solutions that leverage salesforce functionality • Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities to solve business problems by implementing Proof of Value pilots and producing the supporting documentation • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and with external vendors to achieve project goals • Conduct analysis of systems specifications and author detailed design solution and configuration specification using diagramming tools to represent business and technical processes • Stay current with the periodic Salesforce releases and leverage the updates applicable to the organization to guide best practices • Be part of a fast-paced agile scrum team and participate in planning, documentation, execution, testing, and launch of projects Required qualifications to be successful in this role • At least three years’ of experience in a business analyst or functional analyst role and five years of Salesforce experience including one year of experience in Service Cloud and Lightning • Proven track record in leading initiatives, conducting stakeholder workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, and managing small projects • Scrum or Agile methodology experience is a must; Scrum Master experience is preferred • SFDC Service Cloud Certification is perferred • Experience working in a global environment across multiple teams and stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse group of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter expects (SME) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related discipline is required Build your career with us.
