Sr Online Java Developer
Position Description
We have an immediate need for a Senior Java developer (Online). Working as a Senior Developer, you will research, design, modify and test updates to software in the collection services domain. You will provide mentorship to Jr/Mid-level Java Developers. We are offering a complete benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid vacation, etc.
Your future duties and responsibilities
In this role, the Senior Java Developer will:
• Perform analysis, design, development, and unit testing
• Support Integration and User Acceptance testing
• Provide guidance & support to Jr/Mid-level Java developers (reviewing their designs, code, unit test results)
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Expert in the following:
o Java development (batch and online)
o Ant
o Web Service Client & Server Development
o JSP
o JavaScript
o HTML
o Eclipse
o GIT
o Linux/Unix,
o SoapUI
• Involved with all phases of the SDLC
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to work with functional team members to retrieve information required for technical design and development
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills
