Your future duties and responsibilities - Works from specifications to develop or modify software applications. - Assists with design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging and documentation of applications generally dealing with utility programs, job control language, macros, subroutines and other control modules. - Works on most phases of software systems programming applications and may require instruction and guidance in other phases. Required qualifications to be successful in this role - Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - The UI Lead shall have a minimum of 8 years of experience in front end web development, UI design and practices. - These experiences should demonstrate the candidate has designed and built websites or application front-ends using a variety of graphics, techniques, tools and programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive web design,). - Experience designing and developing user interface features, layouts, color balances, clarity and readability. - Experience enhancing the look and feel of the organization’s online offerings. - Experience with UX principles and practices is a plus.
