Today, CHS is looking for the following position to join our team:

• Propane Driver (Wiggins, Colorado)
  • You must have a high energy level, exhibit personal integrity, have an excellent driving record and be committed to safety, customer service, and solving problems creatively. You must have a good work ethic with professional communications skills. Pick up and deliver product to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner, ensuring the truck is operated in a safe manner at all times. Follow all guidelines and regulations for hauling propane. Maintain logs with each shipment, completing daily invoices and reports. Perform visual inspection of truck before leaving premises and complete maintenance report on all deficiencies. Report all accidents, traffic violations, and damage to vehicles. Complete daily maintenance report and notify supervisor of any needed repairs. Manage all aspects of the load on your truck and be responsible for all shortages and damages unless visual observation of loading is not possible. In this case, note “shippers load and count on loading.” Maintain cleanliness of your truck both inside and out. Sweep trailers out after each use.
• Grain Area Manager (Wray, Colorado)
  • You must be self-motivated, hard working, have good time management skills, able to make decisions and work independently. You must be detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Manage the operation of elevator and bunker sites according to divisional objectives to provide patrons with prompt, courteous and effective service while maintaining the efficiency necessary to achieve a maximum margin of profit. Establish, implement, and maintain a program of elevator housekeeping, safety, and equipment maintenance to avoid breakdowns and limit safety hazards. Oversee the accurate weighing, grading, and quality control to include mixing, blending and moving grain. Monitor the daily long/short position to effectively control grain handling, storage, and transportation capabilities.
• Grain Operations Specialist (Yuma, Colorado & Wray, Colorado)
  • You must be customer focused, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. This position has the opportunity for growth.Work with patrons in a courteous and professional manner. Perform all job functions as needed to ensure facility operates smoothly and customers receive excellent customer service. Control and monitor all load out functions. Understand and operate automated scale/dump systems. load product as prescribed and/or generate same commodity blends. Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and blended product. Load and unload products from railcars or trucks. Operate heavy equipment as needed.
