Contract and Real Estate Manager

The Colorado River Municipal Water District, regional raw water supplier for the Permian Basin, is accepting applications for following position in the Big Spring Area. Contract and Real Estate Manager primary responsibilities include the day-to-day responsibility, management, administration, development and implementation of the Districts contracts and real estate areas. Works closely with the Districts General Manager. Degree in Business or a related field with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree is desired. Minimum five to ten years of progressive experience within the public and/or private sector is desired. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, sick, vacation and holiday leave.
