The Requirements

Day In The Life
Assuming overall responsibility for the restaurant's operations, your main objectives will include sales, safety and cleanliness, and building teamwork among a staff of 20 to 25. This will include employees in both the front and back of the house such as assistant managers, hosts and servers, kitchen staff and others. Additional responsibilities will include:- Establishing and maintaining high standards in operations.
- Providing hands-on leadership during busy periods, such as expediting food.
- Overseeing cash handling, accounting and cost controls.
- Supporting team members with training and professional development.
- Handling purchasing, maintaining inventory and managing relationships with vendors.
We will also place a strong focus on profitability and we will look to you to help control costs, drive revenue and identify any areas where we can make financial improvements.
It is important that you are flexible with your schedule so that you can be present to provide the appropriate coverage for the restaurant. We anticipate that you'll work approximately 55 hours per week, including being present during the busiest periods.
