Associate Attorney

The law firm of Cooper Levenson is seeking an attorney for a busy Las Vegas, Nevada Defense Litigation practice.

Enjoy a fast pace and the chance to get involved in some complex litigation. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years' experience in defense litigation. The scope of work includes matters involving claims based upon personal injury, construction claims, security claims, E & O, Insurance Coverage.

We are looking for an individual who wants to be in the courtroom. Will need to have an active Nevada license. Knowledge and experience with matters in Federal Court helpful. Excellent advocacy and writing skills needed, attention to detail and willingness to work independently and closely interact with clients. The appropriate individual should also feel comfortable in business settings as part of a team that will work on business development activities. Great growth opportunity.
