Ophthalmology, Ophthalmologist Needed in Coastal Maine

Coastal Eye Care and Surgery Center is seeking a comprehensive, glaucoma-trained or cornea-trained cataract surgeon to join our busy, growing and well-established 3 physician practice with attached Ambulatory Surgery Center in Ellsworth, Maine. This position may also involve some comprehensive eye care and servicing outlying clinics.  The facility is 10,000 sq ft with combined two-room ASC (Lumenis Selecta Duet SLT/YAG Laser, PDT Laser, AMO Signature Pro Phacoemulsification machine, Haag Streit Surgical Microscope, 6 Transmotion Gurneys, ORA Wavetec) and clinic (11 exam lanes with high quality diagnostic equipment including Topcon Triton Swept Source OCT, Cirrus HD-OCT 5000, LenStar, Marco OPD III, Haag-Streit Slit Lamps, Humphrey VF Analyzer).   

In addition to being well-equipped, our ASC and Practice have exceptionally well-trained clinical and non-clinical support staff, including three RNs, eight COAs along with Scribes utilizing the MDIntelleSys cloud-based EHR system.  

Salary: $325K with $50K Student Loan Reimbursement (up to $200K vesting over 4 years) along with an production incentive bonus and excellent benefits package; health, dental, vision, disability insurance, life insurance and 401K retirement plan.
