OPEN POSITION:
Physician – Family Practice/Primary Care
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Monday through Friday
- No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call
COMPENSATION:
- $175,000 to $200,000 Base Salary, dependent upon experience
- Sign-On/Relocation Bonus, negotiable

Through their staff of more than 70 employees, they offer on-site medical, dental, and psychiatric/behavioral health services, as well as a dedicated youth center.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Due to their rapid growth (the patient base has nearly doubled since 2014), the practice is seeking to add 2 family practice physicians to their team.
Physicians see an average of 16 to 20 patients per day, with all visits supported by a medical assistant.
All patients are seen within the general scope of family practice/primary care.
The clinic uses an electronic health record (EHR).
Many patients are on Medicare or MediCal and the new physicians must be comfortable with this population.
There are no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- California medical license
- DEA
- board certified/eligible, family medicine
- cultural sensitivity/competency in working with urban American Indian patients
