• Proactively recruit for open positions, working with field hiring managers.
• Oversee drug screening and background check results
• Review, screen and maintain applications and resumes
• Prepare accurate offer letters through our applicant tracking system
• Coordinate recruitment needs with appropriate hiring managers
• Analyze and respond in a timely manner to all recruitment issues to resolve staffing challenges
• Monitor the advertising and recruiting line items in the Human Resources budget to ensure expenses are within budgeted amounts
• Report the status of all open positions on a weekly basis via reporting system
• Manipulate data and create recruiting reports in Excel
• Phone screen and video screen applicants as needed
• Assist with additional HR projects as assigned
