E*TRADE FINANCIAL is looking for a data-driven, customer-focused Product Manager to join E*TRADE Labs . The Product Manager plays a major role in shaping and delivering digital solutions for E*TRADE Labs, the tech innovation arm of E*TRADE.

The Product Manager will work to understand and collaboratively create and execute the product roadmap. The Product Manager will be involved in all phases of a delivery from discovery to post-implementation support, facilitating collaboration across the business, technology, design and user experience teams to ensure a clear understanding of the product.

* Shape and deliver digital solutions for clients that solve tangible business problems

* Develop strategy, roadmap and backlog for E*TRADE Labs projects

* Support agile development with deep commitment and focus to deliver features and products on time

* Define and document functional requirements, user stories, and business process flows

* Prioritize requirements collaboratively with business stakeholders, user experience, and technology partners

* Collaborate with Design, UX, technology and QA teams to build and deliver exceptional products in timely fashion

* Constantly grow your ownership and passion for customer-centricity and product management by understanding the latest technologies, trends, and industry standards

* Use data and analytics to take key product decisions

* Limited travel may be required

REQUIREMENTS

* Bachelor's Degree. Master's Degree is a plus

* Minimum 3 years' product management experience

* Ideal candidate has experience in building transformative customer facing digital experiences

* Experience with agile and story writing

* Passion for customer centric solutions and unwavering drive towards doing it right

* Keen eye to detail, setting a high bar for yourself and others

* Experience working with remote teams across multiple locations

* Proven ability to operate with a sense of urgency

* Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
